Short Session Description (one line): This session, Learning from the Pandemic: Mechanics of Post-Pandemic Programming, will explore and discuss the elements of Library programming in a post-COVID-19 world from virtual to hybrid to in-person. 

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): As part of the CLA’s Developing Leaders in California Libraries, the team sought to understand California Libraries apprehensions and anxieties of programming in a post-COVID-19 world. The team administered a survey and from its results constructed a toolkit to assist organizations at varying levels of operation to consider their next steps with programming. This presentation will discuss the survey results, toolkit structure and findings, and suggested trauma-informed practices for implementing programming that aligns with your organization’s goals and timelines.
