Short Session Description (one line): Flexible work arrangements, including work from home opportunities, became common during the COVID Pandemic. We will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of these arrangements, and how they might continue going forward.  

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Flexible work arrangements, including work from home opportunities, became common during the COVID Pandemic. We will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of these arrangements, and how they might continue going forward. This includes tips about how to manage part- or full-time remote workers, and how to manage employees from home. We will draw on our own experiences managing remote workers and working remotely, as well as on research related to this topic.
