About Me:
Michelle Housley is the Associate Dean of Innovation at Alberta University of the Arts (AUArts), where she leads transformative initiatives at the intersection of education, technology, and industry engagement. Her portfolio includes Work Integrated Learning (WIL), the development of dynamic pathways/resources tailored for art and design students pursuing entrepreneurship, and the strategic modernization of the AUArts Library using proven change management methodologies. A champion of future-focused learning, Michelle is instrumental in launching the AUArts Micro-Credential Centre, which offers cutting-edge micro-learning opportunities in generative AI, data visualization, AR/VR, and other emerging technologies. Her work bridges creative practice with technological advancement, ensuring AUArts remains at the forefront of digital innovation in arts education. In addition to her role at AUArts, Michelle is the founder and owner of E3 Training, an international company specializing in the design and delivery of effective online training and learning solutions. Through E3 Training, she has helped organizations worldwide create engaging, high-impact digital learning experiences.
