About Me:

Vilma A. Sandoval-Sall completed her graduate studies in Fall of 2023 at San José State University in Library Information Science, San José California, USA. She has over 22 years of experience in public libraries serving all types of communities including marginalized populations in reference services, programming, literacy, outreach, partnership development and collection maintenance in Anne Arundel County Public Library, MD. and Prince George’s Memorial Library System, MD. Vilma is one of the co-founders and current President for the REFORMA Mid-Atlantic Chapter. She is a recipient of the American Libraries Association Spectrum Scholars Program in 2022-2023 and recipient of 100 Latina Leaders Award for the DMV [Delaware, Maryland, and Virgina] Area in 2019.
