https://I'm working with some colleagues on a presentation for the upcoming Illinois Library Association Conference. Our theme is "Library Management 2.0." We're discussing techniques middle-managers in particular can use to create a culture where L2 can thrive. I'm proposing a model of the library manager-as-teacher, one who encourages, inspires, and educates staff to become innovative and make change. I'd love to start a conversation here about this model, and appreciate everyone's feedback.
