About Me:
I have been a Library and information specialist for over twenty years. I worked at the University of Guyana library, and managed a special library for ten years. I have experience in cataloguing and classifying of books and other materials. I have an excellent working knowledge of the AACR, Library of Congress subject headings and Dewey Decimal Classification scheme. Served as the Vice-President and public relations convenor for the Guyana Libray Association(GLA). I have a special interest in public relations and marketing for libraries. As a result, I coordinated workshops for libraries on the subject.
