About Me:
A librarian for over 10 years. Experience in cataloguing and classification (Documentation management) of materials using the Library of Congress Scheme with experience of over 10 years (1999-2000: 2002-2005: 2007 till date) in practical library management. Over the years, I have worked hard from the position of a Library Assistant to my present position as a Librarian 1. My experiences are from the University of Ibadan (U.I) (1 year), Eduserve Consult Library (3 years) and at present Lead City University, Ibadan (2007 till date). I am very competent in the usage of online classification schemes to enhance effectiveness, accuracy, and speed in classification and cataloguing using the Library of Congress Scheme (LC) and other related classification schemes and knowledge in Library Institutional Repository software (D-SPACE). Within the Past 5years, I have worked tirelessly with the direction and guidance of the University librarian to set up of the serial section of the Lead City University library from the scratch, the Faculty of Law library, and the Social science library of the University.
