About Me:
I am a higher education professional with more than 10 years of experience in academic librarianship and instruction with a focus on electronic resource management and distance education. I have experience serving students and faculty in a variety of disciplines with their research needs in the physical and electronic learning environments. I have been involved in the areas of curriculum development, library development, tutoring, online instruction, support staff management, event coordination, software licensing negotiation, assessment, accreditation, and web site development. My most recent endeavors have included the construction of the virtual library for Ivy Bridge College and the development of the IBC Writing Center. This includes the development of a combination of synchronous and asynchronous services designed to increase Information Literacy awareness throughout the college community.
