About Me:

I possess a strong understanding of management, IT equipment and the day-to-day running of a library. In my current position as Assistant Librarian, I have gained an insight into the different levels of library management. I have been involved in customer service and ensuring the overall running of the library is efficient and enjoyable for clients. I am dedicated and passionate about customer and community service. Both of my previous jobs have required a high standard of customer service skills. My qualifications and work experience have also provided me with excellent technological skills including proficiency with LibSuit, Eduberry & KOHA Library Management System and also in Content Writing field , at the same time I am familiar with content management tool like joomla. I have completed my School leaving Exam, B.A (Hons.).M.A in history from Visva-Bharati University, after that I have done my Bachelor of Library and Information Science & Masters of Library & Information Science From Indira Gandhi National Open University .
