Neighborhood Services Manager committed to Equity and Community Engagement. I work in an urban branch; we work to connect folx in our community with resources inside and outside of the library. We use de-escalation techniques; we have a social worker tabling in branches, and we pull in community organizations to promote services available in Tacoma.
