https://I became interested in Library 2.0 after reading a paper by Paul Miller of Talis, who used to work for JISC. Since then web 2.0 and library 2.0 have become daily discussions. Especially in terms of how we communicate with libraries and we might be able to help them communicate with their users. Increasingly publishers and service providers are taking an interest as well, especially as they realise that if users go elsewhere for information then so will librarians!
