Judy is a Ph. D. from Rutgers U. Her research interest is evaluation of digital library, with a focus on usability. Judy is currently an adjunct faculty at San Jose State U. and Drexel U. She has served as the evaluation consultant for three digital libraries, including Moving Image Collections, NJVid, and New Jersey Digital Highway.
