Particularly interested in innovative & creative ideas/activities to attract and retain readers/customers to the library or use our online services. As a public librarian, handling different levels/types of customer or users is a great challenge, the biggest so far is knowing that special groups of society i.e. the disadvantaged (blind/deaf, etc.) are really keen to learn and absolutely dependent on public help to achieve their dreams, but how do we make it easier for them?
