About Me:

I am Ph.D. and Master's in Library & Information Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He is also a U.G.C.- NET qualified. A life member of Indian Library Association (ILA), Online LIS Professional Reference Service, and Ranganathan Research Circle (RRC). I am also Executive Editor (Technical) of the journal 'The Legal Analyst'. He is Academic Counselor for IGNOU and external examiner for many universities.
