Blog or Personal/Professional Website:

https://One of the best things about Library 2.0 is attempting to communicate for the greater good, which is assisting people to find the information they want and need, when and how they want and need it. The spirit of 2.0 anything isn't new. It's been around for decades. I think what is new is that evidently there are more people in charge of things that want to see 2.0 + blossom. I agree with Meredith Farkas about not getting sucked into technolust. To me, tools are just tools. That's all they are. Some tools are better than others. Some tools are better for some tasks. Other tools are better for other tasks. Some tasks require a bunch of tools. You wouldn't want to try to saw a piece of wood with a hammer. You want to have a variety of tools in your toolbox. You never know what tool you might need to fix something. All in all, Library 2.0 is great, which is communicating and working with folks on the same wavelength and reaching more people to help more people. Really, what could be better than that!
