About Me:
Nearer to retirement than starting teaching, yet always wanting to stay relevant and up-to-date with what truly helps my students and teachers! I'm an elementary school librarian at a school of near-700 students, with 80% free-and-reduced lunch, and a transition rate of 50% (50% of students that begin the year at our school, end the year there. Many challenges to face, including the digital divide. Only about half of my students say they have a computer in their home, and only about one-third have the Internet.
