About Me:

I have been the Network Admin of a public library for about 2 years now. I don't have much tech background other than being generally good with computers and some common software. I have hit a point where I no longer feel confident in my abilities and feel mostly just overwhelmed. I am hoping to find a route to best help me figure out the most effective way for my position to work.
