About Me:

Bryan Smith is a certified K-8 teacher who has taught introductory and advanced computers to students in grades first through eighth. An Arizona native, he has attended DeVry Institute of Technology and has gained 29 years of computer experience. He graduated summa cum laude from SouthWestern College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Currently, Bryan teaches Video Production at Mountain Trail Middle School, is the IT/Media Specialist for the school and provides teacher professional development through the Paradise Valley Unified School District. He also has served as IT Support for the district Information Technology Department. Summers give him the opportunity to train educators in technology through the PVUSD with professional development classes and the Arizona K-12 Center with weeklong technology camps. Bryan has developed a love to teach others about technology and its uses. He enjoys the many facets of technology and how they can be used to teach, explain, and share the human condition. When not working with technology, Bryan enjoys photography, biking, hiking, camping and traveling.
