About Me:
My mission statement is to spark, encourage, and educate people to become lifelong learners through the use of computer technology and the Internet. I want to help everyday people learn to engage and navigate the information world so that they can learn to improve their lives and others lives as well. I believe that public libraries are more than just a place to store books. They are community centers that hold the power to change the area surrounding them for good by increasing knowledge and skills. I want to become a librarian because I love people, their potential, and what they are able to accomplish with the right resources.
