Is Skype 2.0?

We don't have the budget for a phone line yet. I have been wondering if I could set up skypeIn and a voicemail account so we would at least have a phone number, and outgoing message with hours and maybe events, and a place people could leave messages. Anyone have experience with this? Tips?It looked like we would just pay for the SkypeIn number and get free voicemail. Are there other fees?

do we do 2.0?

I'm just throwing this out as a starting point - how many of us are familiar with or comfortable with the various aspects of 2.0? I'm finding that there are some aspects that I've used for years - such as blogging - but others with which I'm completely unfamiliar. My tendency, of course, is to try to implement things with which I'm familiar myself. But that's surely not the best criterion for choosing what's best for my patrons!
