RSS Feeds

One of the main concepts we are trying to adopt at my organization is the utilization of RSS Feeds to monitor trends in our line of business. We have looked at several products including NewsGator and InfoNGEN and I am having some difficulty deciding which product to use. I was curious if anyone has successfully promoted the use of RSS Feeds amongst clients in there organization.
