Sessions and Schedule - Find Your Time Zone Below

ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE:

The Library 2.0 virtual conference is free to attend. If you haven't registered, please do so at https://www.library20.com.

CONFERENCE VIRTUAL PLATFORM:

When you follow the links below and are then are on your time zone page, you will click on a session and it will give you detail for that session, including the link to join.

The opening and closing keynotes will be held in the Zoom platform and you should be prompted for any individual computer/browser/mobile setup at the time.

The concurrent (non-keynote) sessions are being held in Blackboard Collaborate. All can be accessed live from any personal computer and most mobile devices. If you have not used Blackboard Collaborate before, you may be prompted to download the Collaborate "launcher" in order to enter the virtual room. The download time on this can vary, so try entering the following empty session room between now and the conference in order to go through this process: https://sas.elluminate.com/d.jnlp?password=D.4509CB0F221719A2897A1F1CF3494C&sid=2008350. HOW TO ATTEND A SESSION:

1. Find your time zone. Click on the GMT link to the left of the cities listed.  IF YOU ARE IN A DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME you may need to pick another time zone to match your current time. Verify that you are on the right page by matching the current time clock at the top of the page to your local time. The calendar will display all sessions in your local time zone.
2. Locate the session(s) you would like to attend.  Quickly locate a session by using Ctrl+F/Cmd+F to search the page.
3. Click on the session title in the calendar to expand the event.
4. Click on the session link to join the virtual room. Session links will be added the day before the conference.

Compare your time to Grenwich Mean Time (GMT) to determine your viewing time zone. The current GMT time and date are:
